🍲 Cooking Instructions (How to Use)

  1. Rinse Kale Rajma thoroughly under clean water.

  2. Soak in plenty of water for 8–10 hours or overnight.

  3. Drain soaking water and boil or pressure cook with fresh water until soft (about 30–40 minutes in a pressure cooker or 60–70 minutes in an open pot).

  4. Use cooked Kale Rajma to prepare rajma curry, stews, soups, salads, or rice dishes.

  5. Season with spices, herbs, and salt according to your recipe.
